ActivArt makes AI involvement clear to people and detectable by machines.
Every image created from activity data carries machine-readable provenance identifying it as AI generated. Every photo transformed by an AI model carries provenance identifying it as AI modified. This marker is separate from optional ActivArt branding.
ActivArt's website places a visible Generated or Modified badge beside every published AI example. The app also discloses AI involvement while processing and in its default share copy. The badge is not drawn into exported image pixels.
ActivArt also writes machine-readable JPEG XMP metadata using the IPTC Digital Source Type vocabulary. It identifies whether an output was generated from scratch or modified with AI, and identifies ActivArt as the creating tool. The app preserves this marker when it writes capture-time and location EXIF data or reapplies logo overlays.

ActivArt does not provide a chatbot, emotion-recognition system, or biometric-categorisation system. Its AI feature creates or transforms images at the user's request. GPS route and elevation videos are rendered locally with conventional graphics code and are not AI-generated.
Users must not tamper with AI provenance metadata. If an image could falsely appear authentic, users must clearly disclose its AI origin wherever they publish or share it and comply with any additional disclosure duties that apply to their context.
